momomoca's Cat Wall Shelf System uses the vertical space most homes leave unused, mounting directly to a wall to give cats climbing steps and a hammock resting spot without taking up any floor space at all. Built into the design, a sisal-wrapped scratching post gives claws a dedicated surface as part of the climb.

Encouraging a cat to actually use the shelves works best with a bit of initial coaxing: placing treats along the steps, adding a favourite toy at the top, using a laser pointer to draw a cat upward, or sprinkling a little catnip on the surface all tend to speed up that first exploration.

The whole system is made from natural pine wood, chosen for durability and being non-toxic and safe around pets, with soft fabric elements that are odour-resistant and machine washable. Installation takes just four straightforward steps once you're ready to mount it to the wall.
