What we do

momomoca is a curated retailer of pet accessories and grooming tools. We select and sell products made by third-party manufacturers. We do not manufacture, formulate or repackage any item sold on this site.

Product information

Product descriptions, dimensions and photographs are provided by our suppliers and are reproduced in good faith. Colours may vary between screens and between production batches. Where a specification matters to your purchase, contact us before ordering and we will confirm it.

Not veterinary products

Nothing sold on this site is a medicine, medical device or veterinary product. No product description, article or communication from momomoca is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition in an animal. If your pet is unwell or you are unsure whether a product suits your pet, please consult a veterinarian.

Safe use

Toys, grooming tools and accessories should be used with supervision. Inspect items before each use and stop using anything that is damaged, frayed, cracked or missing parts. Follow any sizing guidance given on the product page, particularly for collars and harnesses.

The momomoca name, logo, site design and original written content are our property. Product photographs remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are used to represent the goods offered for sale. Pricing and errors

Prices are shown in US dollars. We take care to keep listings accurate, but errors can occur. Where an item is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
