Shipping Policy

Everything at momomoca is shipped directly from our supply partners, which keeps prices down but means delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery estimates

• United States — 7 to 18 business days
• Singapore — 7 to 15 business days
• Japan — 7 to 15 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, public holidays and peak seasons can add time.

Split shipments

If you order several items they may arrive separately and on different days. You are not charged extra for this.

Tracking

Tracking is sent by email once the parcel leaves the facility. It can take 3–5 days for the first scan to appear — a tracking number that shows no movement at first is normal.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50. Below that, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs and duties

Import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country. Any such charges are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or undeliverable address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once you cover the reshipping cost.
