The fish are moulded and lifted on a hidden air current, lit from behind. There is nothing to clean, nothing to keep alive, and nothing to spill if a paw lands on the glass. Flick the switch on the base and it runs.
A night light the rest of the house can use
Soft blue light, no glare, no noise beyond a faint hum. It sits on a shelf, a sideboard or a desk, and it looks like something you chose rather than something you bought for the cat.
